Passive Door Lock Not Working

I ve checked the settings multiple times and even turned off and on the passive door lock feature and it is on but it is not working whenever i leave my vehicle running the doors stay open any thoughts or.

The dealer replaced the outer door lock handle had to have it painted before installation. It may return to normal.
